Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Viewider platform and services (the "Service") provided by
Professor Port Limited ("Viewider", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and to the
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Viewider provides cross-platform e-commerce management tools — including product listing, order management, fulfilment, shipping, and warehouse tools — that help businesses sell and operate across third-party platforms (including Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Shopee and others). Viewider is a software service; it is not the seller or merchant of record on any third-party platform, and it is not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of those platforms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for any business on whose behalf you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; to infringe the rights of others; to upload malicious code; to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; or to access data or accounts that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to access.
4. Merchant Data and Platform Connections
When you connect a third-party store or platform account to Viewider, you authorize Viewider to access and process order and related data on your behalf through that platform's API (for example, the Shopify Admin API), in order to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this authorization and that your use of the Service complies with each connected platform's terms. Viewider processes personal data about your customers only as your service provider (processor); how we handle that data is described in the
Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum below.
5. Fees
Where the Service or a feature is offered on a paid plan, fees apply according to the plan you select. We may introduce or change fees on reasonable prior notice. Applicable taxes are your responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
The Viewider platform, software, and related intellectual property are and remain owned by Viewider (Professor Port Limited) and its licensors. The content and data you provide or generate through the Service remain yours; you grant Viewider the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, shipping carriers, and payment providers that have their own terms and privacy practices. Viewider is not responsible for those third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIEWIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, we handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and our retention practices.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you and Viewider submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Website with a "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to

Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") applies where Viewider (Professor Port Limited) processes personal data about a Merchant's customers in order to provide the Service, and forms part of these Terms.
1. Roles
For customer personal data that Viewider processes to provide the Service, the Merchant is the controller and Viewider is the processor. Viewider processes such data only on the Merchant's documented instructions.
2. Scope and Purpose
Categories of data: order recipient name, shipping and billing address, and phone number. Purpose: order fulfilment, shipping, and order management on the Merchant's behalf. Viewider does not use the data for any other purpose and does not sell it. Viewider does not request or process customer email addresses or payment card data through this integration.
3. Confidentiality
Personnel authorized to process the data are bound by obligations of confidentiality.
4. Security
Viewider maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data, including encryption of data at rest and in transit, network isolation, access controls, audit logging of access to customer data, and a written incident-response policy.
5. Sub-processors
Viewider uses sub-processors to provide the Service, including Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting) and the shipping carriers and platform APIs necessary to fulfil orders. Viewider remains responsible for its sub-processors' compliance with this DPA.
6. Data-Subject Requests and Deletion
Viewider assists the Merchant in responding to data-subject requests and, on request or upon a Shopify customers/redact or shop/redact signal, anonymizes the affected personal data.
7. Retention
Customer personal data is retained only as long as needed for the fulfilment purpose — currently up to two years from the order — after which the personal-data fields are anonymized, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Breach Notification
Viewider notifies the affected Merchant without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting that Merchant's customer data, and, where the data was obtained through Shopify, notifies Shopify within 72 hours in accordance with its Protected Customer Data requirements.
9. Return or Deletion on Termination
On termination of the Service, Viewider anonymizes or deletes the customer personal data it processed on the Merchant's behalf, subject to any legal-retention exceptions.
